For Noom to work with Apple Watch, your Apple Watch needs to be connected as a source in the Apple Health app. To connect, open the Health app > Tap on the Profile icon > Select Devices; Selecting Devices shows a list of available devices, so select your Apple Watch from the list.

As soon as your Apple Watch is connected to the Health app, you’re ready to connect the Health app to Noom because that’s how you’ll sync the Watch data with Noom.

Here’s how to connect Noom to Apple Health:

  • Open Noom, and tap the three bars in the left corner. Select the Settings option.
  • Under Apps & Devices, choose Connect to Health app. Then, tap Yes, let’s go!
  • Again under Apps & Devices, select Choose Steps Data Source. Then, enable Health app Steps.
  • On your iPhone, Go to Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness > Enable Fitness Tracking and Noom.
  • Now, open the Health app, and tap on the profile icon.
  • Under privacy, select Apps, and then select Noom.
  • Turn ON the bottom categories that say ALLOW ‘NOOM’ TO READ DATA. And Turn OFF the bottom categories that say ALLOW ‘NOOM’ TO WRITE DATA.

Fitbit

The good news is Fitbit is officially compatible with the Noom app. To initiate the connection, you need to have the Noom app. And from the app, you’ll have to integrate with your Fitbit account.

When you sync Noom and FitBit, Noom will import your step data from FitBit. Don’t worry if you are experiencing a syncing delay as the data may be delayed sometimes up to several hours on the Noom app.

If you’re a Garmin user, you might be excited to know that Garmin fitness trackers are officially compatible with the Noom app. You can connect your Garmin with Noom through the Garmin Connect app and automate the synchronization of data from Garmin Connect.

Here’s how to connect Noom to Garmin:

  • Open Noom, and tap the three bars in the left corner. Select the Settings.
  • Under Apps & Devices, choose Connect Additional Devices.

To integrate Noom with MisFit, you must connect your MisFit device to the MisFit app. Your Noom account will then be connected to the MisFit app. As a result, MisFit automatically syncs activity data to Noom.

    I want a Noom compatible pedometer. However, I am unable to wear anything on my wrists, due to arthritis. Do you know of/have recommendations for a pocket pedometer, maybe something I could clip to my waistband?
