First, wear your heart rate band tight on your arm or chest, depending on your device type so that it is detected.

On your Peloton bike screen, Go to the Heart Rate Monitor connection modal. Joining a class will open this modal, or tapping on the time in the top right corner and selecting “Heart Rate Monitor” will bring it up.

Tap on “Connect” located below Available Devices. Note that, Bluetooth devices can be identified by device name while ANT+ devices show a device ID.
